** PLEASE READ: Dahlias are arguably some of the most beautiful flowers in the world, but that beauty is short lived. If you are looking for flowers to last you a week or more, then this is not the purchase for you. 2-4 days is common in a vase, so plan your arrival date carefully if they are for an event, and make sure to paint them, photograph them, or just enjoy them fully within a day or two of their arrival. We will provide a packet of flower food to help elongate their vase life, but it's important that you have someone receive them immediately upon arrival and get them into a clean vase with a fresh cut to ensure best performance. Clean your vases with a disinfectant such as bleach to prevent bacteria/fungal bloom.**

**Important! Dahlias have a short vase life so follow the steps below to get the most out of your dahlias:

Sterilize your vase before every use as bacteria and fungus in your vase are the main reasons for early decline of flowers.
Give your flower stems a fresh cut at an angle before placing in your vase.
We recommend placing in them in several vases so that they can have space to open up. Mix with some of your favorite foliage from your yard!
Change vase water every few days and definitely top off the vase water daily. These are very thirsty flowers!
Add flower food (optional).
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Don't forget to get creative! Collect foliage and other blooms from your yard to add to your flowers.
To preserve, leave flowers in the vase and allow them to slowly dry naturally.

Our flowers are shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight.  Shipping is calculated at checkout. Fedex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

 If you need two different ship dates, two separate purchases must be made.
