Mandy and Steve are an inspiring team! From big decisions to small decisions and everything in between, they run 3 Porch Farm in a way that cares for the land, their team, and their community.

Striving to be a force for good in the world, Mandy and Steve grow beautiful flowers with love and dedication, ship with mindfulness, and extend extraordinary customer service. Their generosity and tenacity is contagious! They work incredibly hard to ensure your seeds, flowers, and plants thrive once they arrive at your doorstep.

Mandy O'Shea - CEO

Mandy is truly in the middle of everything that goes on with farm as the CEO, Field and Crew manager, and Farm Store Lead. It has always been nearly impossible to keep Mandy indoors, and she knew from a very early age that she would have a job in nature. Farming organically is a natural fit! She infuses her growing expertise, creativity, and insight in everything that happens here at 3PF.

Mandy loves whatever flower is currently in season, with a special affinity for hellebores, daffodils, and poppies. She loves working with Steve and so many wonderful ladies who are committed to making the farm run smoothly and is constantly grateful for her life on the farm.

Steve O'Shea - CFO

Steve has a hand in everything on the farm: planning, marketing, purchasing, field work, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, irrigation, mechanical, customer service, bookkeeping, flower packing (the list could go on...). The farm is never boring! He adores being snatched out of an intense preoccupation with all-consuming tasks by the beauty that surrounds him, immediately bringing him back to awareness and gratitude.

Steve is a sucker for dahlias with their brilliant colors and wide array of shapes and because they were his gateway into this life of flower farming. His years studying bio, chem, and ecology plus working in sustainable technologies (mostly clean fuel conversions on vehicles and natural building techniques) prepared him perfectly for life and work at 3PF.

Rachel Gibson - Office Manager

Rachel leads everything that happens in our office here at the farm. If you have written 3 Porch Farm an email, you have likely heard from Rachel! She manages the website and facilitates our plant sales, shipping operations, and customer service. Whatever the farm needs via computer, Rachel is usually behind it!

Rachel holds experience in all areas of the farm. On any given day, you will see her floating between departments. She loves the hustle and pace of the farm and thrives when there is a quick need for problem solving. Rachel loves to find a bloom out in the wild and her favorite flowers we grow at 3 Porch Farm are the butterfly and tecolote ranunculus.

Naw Dee Poe - Field Crew Lead

Naw connected with 3 Porch Farm through Jubilee Partners and has been an integral part of the team for 14 years! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the farm, from planting and growing processes to harvesting and bunching flowers. She is the Field Crew Lead and does a little bit of everything here at the farm!

Naw enjoys the exercise she gets here on a daily basis, and her favorite flowers are dahlias. She is the queen of fashion with a knack for mixing color and patterns! Notably, she is also the ongoing bocce ball champion of our 3PF team, along with her sister Marry.

Marry - Field & Flower Specialist

Marry has been at the farm 8 years! She is a gifted forager and has taught us all a great deal about hidden treasures at the farm! She is the other ongoing bocce ball champion of our team, along with her sister Naw.

Marry does a little bit of everything at the farm, including planting, weeding, harvesting, mum cuttings, flower bunching, and seed packing. Her favorite flowers are ALL the flowers we grow, and she has a special talent for driving the cart around the farm with all those beautiful flowers loaded up in the back!

Eh Plaw - Field & Flower Specialist

Eh Plaw is a sister-in-law of Naw and has been at the farm for 4 years. She has a great sense of humor, singing voice, and talent for mixing pattern and color!

Eh Plaw also does a little bit of everything at the farm, including planting, weeding, harvesting, mum cuttings, flower bunching, and seed packing. Her favorite flowers we grow at 3 Porch farm are the heirloom chrysanthemums. She, along with Marry and Naw, have gained all of our admiration for their ability to eat the hottest chilis on the planet!

Kali - Flower Studio Manager

Kali manages the processes that happen between cut flowers coming in from the field and bundles being shipped to our customers. She gets a lot of face time with flowers (which she loves!), with dahlias, hellebores, and poppies as some of her favorites!

Kali worked as a floral designer for 10+ years and was drawn to 3PF with an admiration for its sustainable organic practices and a curiosity for learning about the growing side of the flower business. She is thrilled that she gets to ship flowers to people as thoughtful gifts to themselves or others and to designers as a medium for celebration and creativity.

Sarah - Chrysanthemum Manager

Sarah oversees heirloom chrysanthemum cuttings and production here at the farm. On any given day, you may find her propagating mums, installing irrigation, repairing greenhouses, organizing boxes, or making spreadsheets. Farming is her passion, but the people are what makes it so special!

Sarah's favorite flowers are chrysanthemums (of course!). She especially enjoys the freedom at 3PF to be creative and design workflows. Our small and dynamic team makes problem solving fun. Outside of work, Sarah has a handsome puppy and enjoys bugs.

Grace - Chrysanthemum Assistant

Grace helps propagate and grow the heirloom chrysanthemum seedlings that we sell and ship each spring. Her favorite flower is the bronze fleece chrysanthemum because they are so cute and little with great color!

Grace loves getting to be among the plants and dirt and seeing the whole process unfold, from tiny propagation to healthy hearty seedlings! You can find Grace joyfully prepping tunnels, fertilizing and watering plants, packing boxes, and leading the team in post lunch stretches on the farm.

Karmen - Customer Service Assistant

If you email 3 Porch Farm during our busy spring and fall seasons, there is a good chance you will receive a reply from Karmen! In between emails, she greatly enjoys designing print and packaging material and putting together the weekly newsletter.

Karmen loves the layers and color variations of ranunculus in the spring and dahlias in the fall! She is a big fan of the variety the days at the farm hold. She enjoys connecting with customers and getting to be a part of sharing 3PF's emphasis of above and beyond generous customer service!

Our Team

We are all lucky to get to work alongside a fun, positive, and dedicated team. We each have our specialized roles that make the farm work smoothly, and we also have days in which the farm requires all hands on deck. Everyone is always happy to pitch in, and this collective effort makes our days both enjoyable and rewarding.

We work hard together each day and gather outside for a quick midday lunch to refuel, tell stories, and enjoy the farm pets! Together, we enjoy welcoming new ideas, solving challenges, and the gift of growing flowers organically and sustainably to share throughout the United States!
