Serves 2

• 1 crushed lemon honeypop
• 1 1/2 shots of mezcal (or tequila)
• Sparkling water
• Mint

Shake and pour over ice. Top off with Sparkling water. Add a sprig of mint. Omit alcohol for a refreshing spritzer!
