Cancellation policy
By purchasing this subscription, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- You are responsible for receiving your flowers promptly and properly caring for them. We guarantee all of our flowers in both time and quality until they get to your door. Please be sure to open your flowers immediately upon arrival. 3 Porch Farm is not responsible for shortened vase life due to flowers being left outside in a box for too long or for poor care once the flowers have been delivered to your location by Fedex. If you live in a cold part of the country, we recommend that you choose the April subscription (for Spring subscriptions).
- You can easily set up tracking notifications with Fedex when you receive your email each week notifying you of your shipment. Click on the blue tracking number and follow the prompts. An email will also be sent to you shortly after flowers have been delivered.
- If you are not receiving emails from us, it is your responsibility to check your spam folder and reach out to us if they aren't in your spam folder to establish your proper email address in our system. We recommend you adding us to your contacts so this does not happen.
- In the event of bad weather, it is possible that we will delay sending your flowers. We will always alert you in advance if this is the case via email. To make sure you get emails from us and we don't end up in your spam folder, please be sure to add us to your contacts!
- If you’d like to delay one shipment of flowers to another week, we will allow this to happen once. You can delay to the next payment anchor date by accessing your portal or you can email info@3porchfarm.com to request to do so. If you have a weekly subscription, orders will skip to the next week. If you have a bi-weekly subscription (Spring only), orders will skip 2 weeks. Requests must come in on Mondays by 8am est!
- If you can't be home on one of the delivery days, we recommend you have a neighbor or friend receive your package. We can delay a delivery one time per subscription, but we require that you do it by Monday 8am est or request to do so by then. If you neglect to inform us of your desire to postpone by Monday at 8am est, you accept responsibility for the delivery and understand that no refund or postponement will be available.
- No refunds for cancellations. We will allow your order to carry over to another week or ship to another location when possible (additional shipping charges may be required and advance notice by Monday at noon is necessary).
- FOR SPRING SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY (DOES NOT APPLY TO FALL DAHLIA SUBSCRIPTION OR POPPY SUBSCRIPTIONS): We allow you to choose 2 flowers you do not want included in your spring subscription. No special requests for certain colors. We have a small staff and are unable to take special requests! We will give you the best of the best on the farm that week so you won't be disappointed! Again, this does not apply to our fall subscriptions or poppy subscriptions.
- *DAHLIA DISCLAIMER FOR FALL SUBSCRIPTIONS: Dahlias are arguably some of the most beautiful flowers in the world, but that beauty is short lived. If you are looking for flowers to last you a week or more, then this is not the purchase for you. 2-4 days is common in a vase, so plan your arrival date carefully if they are for an event, and make sure to paint them, photograph them, or just enjoy them fully within a day or two of their arrival. We will provide a packet of flower food to help elongate their vase life, but it's important that you have someone receive them immediately upon arrival and get them into a clean vase with a fresh cut to ensure best performance. Clean your vases with a disinfectant such as bleach to prevent bacteria/fungal bloom.
