After your purchase is made, an email as well as a physical copy of subscription information will be sent to the address provided.

Flowers are sent via FedEx Express Priority Overnight. Email notifications are sent when flowers are picked up by FedEx from our farm.

In the event of bad weather, it is possible that we will delay sending your flowers. We will always alert you in advance if this is the case via email. To make sure you get emails from us and we don't end up in your spam folder, please be sure to add us to your contacts!

We guarantee our flowers in both time and quality until they arrive to your door. Open your flowers immediately upon arrival. 3 Porch Farm is not responsible for shortened vase life due to flowers being left in a box for too long, poor care or theft once the flowers have been delivered to you by FedEx.

You can set up tracking notifications with FedEx after you receive an email that your flowers are on the way. This is highly recommended. Click on the blue tracking number and follow the prompts. An email is also sent to you after flowers have been delivered.

If you are not receiving emails from us, check your spam folder. It is your responsibility to reach out to us if you are not receiving notifications to establish your proper email address in our system. We recommend adding our email address to your contacts.

Because we are a small staff, we are unable to take special requests and color requests.

If you cannot be home on a delivery day, we recommend having a neighbor or friend receive your package or skip your shipment until the next week. We can delay a delivery one time per subscription. You can do this by accessing your portal or email info@3porchfarm.com to request to do so. Requests must be made by Mondays at 8am ET. If you neglect to inform us of your desire to postpone, you accept responsibility for the delivery and understand that no refund will be made.

If you are looking for flowers to last you a week or more, then this is not the purchase for you. 2-4 days is common in a vase. We will provide a packet of flower food to help elongate their vase life, but it's important that you have someone receive them immediately upon arrival and get them into a clean vase with a fresh cut to ensure best performance.
