Anemones are long lasting blooms that get even better as they mature. The stems elongate and the petals expand each day in the vase creating an evolving, wild and whimsical look.
Flowers will come to you in tight buds but as soon as you place them in your warm home, they will begin to pop wide open. We ship them this way to protect their petals and so you get the most enjoyment out of them!
Remember to always give your vase a good cleaning and fill with fresh water before adding your flowers. Give your flowers a fresh cut before placing in water. Allow them to hydrate for about 6 hours before arranging. Click here for more info on keeping your flowers their freshest.

What to Expect Upon Arrival:
Anemone arrive in tight buds which helps to protect their petals during transport. We always include a couple extra flowers in each order in case some blooms get damaged in transport. Allow 12 hours for your flowers to rehydrate before arranging.
Anemones continue to grow while in your vase so the more space the better to really show off their large, gorgeous flowers and stems as the move about the vase.
Important Steps for Making Your Cut Anemone Last:
Sterilize your vase before every use as bacteria and fungus in your vase are the main reasons for early decline of flowers.
Give your flower stems a fresh cut at an angle before placing in your vase.
We recommend placing in them in several vases so that they can have space to open up.
Change vase water every few days and definitely top off the vase water daily. These flowers drink a lot of water!
Add flower food (optional).
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Don't forget to get creative! Collect foliage and other blooms from your yard to add to your flowers.
Our flowers are shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Fedex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
If you need two different ship dates, two separate purchases must be made.
