Plant Sale FAQs

Q: When will your Spring Plant Sale be held this year?

A: The plant sale will go live online on September 2nd, 2023 at 9am.

Q: Will I be able to come to the farm and pick out my plants like past years?

A: No, unfortunately we stopped opening up the farm in 2020 as a result of Covid. All orders must be placed online first and then picked up at our Farm Store.

Q: Where do I pick up my plants?

A: You will pick up your orders at our Farm Store which is located at 135 Francis Hill Rd. Comer, GA 30629. Your order will be in a box or bag on one of our racks outside the store.

Q: When do I pick up my order?

A: You will click on the Book an Appointment "product" at the top of the plant sale page or at checkout and choose the time you would like to pick up your order. Pickups will take place September 7th-16th, Thursday-Saturdays. The calendar will show you available time slots.

Q: Can I shop the Farm Store when I pick up my plant order?

A: Yes! Our Farm Store will be fully stocked with flowers, pottery and other wares and ready for you to peruse. You can see how our Farm Store works by clicking here!

Q: I don't have a plant sale order but I would like to come shop the Farm Store. Do I need to make a appointment to visit?

A: No! You can come visit anytime during our business hours! We will be open Thursday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm during the Plant Sale pickups. Please check the website for store hours when we are no longer having plant sale pickups.

Q: Can I have any of the plants shipped to me?

A: No, unfortunately we do not ship any of the plants. Packing plants to be shipped is very tedious and we just don't have the (wo)man-power and not to mention very expensive. 

Q:  I had items in my cart that were removed!! What gives?

       A:  Unfortunately Shopify won't allow us to hold items in your cart until you begin payment. We recommend creating an account with us for a faster checkout.

Q: Oops! I missed my pick up time. What do I do?

A: The best thing to do is email Rachel as soon as possible so that she can help you get rescheduled. Her email address is: Orders that are not picked up within two weeks after their appointment date are automatically refunded.
