IMPORTANT: Unrooted cuttings are HIGHLY recommended for experienced growers only. They are ideal for commercial production with a climate controlled greenhouse. We DO NOT guarantee the success of your cuttings after you have planted them and will NOT refund for any plants lost after planting. We ONLY guarantee that healthy plants arrive at your door! 

• We will ship unrooted cutting orders each Tuesday and they will arrive at their destination on Wednesday. Shipping cutoffs for orders will be Mondays at 8AM EST. Orders that come in after Mondays at 8am EST will not ship out until the following week.
• We will ship these via FedEx Priority overnight. You will receive an email notification from Fedex when your package is in the mail.
• It is very important that you are home to receive these plants and open them immediately. We DO NOT send replacements or refund if plants perish due to neglect.

• Each product selection comes with 10 unrooted cuttings that are approximately 2-3 inches tall. We always include an extra cutting or two in case any get damaged in transit.
• Cuttings will be packaged with ice and a damp paper towel.

• Be prepared for your cuttings to arrive. Be sure to have clean supplies and start media to not introduce pathogens. A 105 cell tray has worked best for us. Good sanitation practices are imperative when working with cuttings.
• Decide on an area to root and grow your mums. Upon arrival, immediately give your cuttings a fresh cut to open their vascular systems and stick them in a rooting medium. Cuttings are vulnerable and root best in moist and shady areas. Slowly reduce irrigation and increase sunlight over the course of 4 weeks.
• Plant when cuttings pull easily from the tray with the root balls intact. Be sure to harden off plants to the same climate of their final location before transplanting.
