Planting Instructions:

Choose a sunny spot to plant your amaryllis. Plant bulb just below the surface, having the pointed part of the bulb just exposed above the surface. Water sparingly throughout the winter and Spring until foliage and stem begin to emerge. After your amaryllis blooms, cut back flower stalk and allow the leaves to dry out naturally as this process helps the bulb store up energy. Can be lightly mulched in the winter to help protect from cold temps.
